All employees of companies located in Shinjuku Park Tower
※Those who possess a "Shinjuku Park Tower Card"
Entry Method
Hold your "Shinjuku Park Tower Card" over the reader at the entrance to enter.
※Clients of companies can also enter only if accompanied by a cardholder.
Available Services
- Free Wi-Fi
- Charging outlets for mobile devices (in some areas)
- Vending machines for drinks
- Bringing in food such as bentos, light meals, and beverages (excluding alcoholic drinks) is permitted.
Notes
Regarding Food and Drink
- Please refrain from bringing food or drinks with strong odors or anything else that may disturb other users.
- You cannot bring in items purchased at the 8F Business Restaurants (Greens Cafe, Club Square, Menzo, Hyakucho).
- Items purchased at 8F Harmony (bakery) cannot be brought in on the trays.
- Trash bins are located near the entrance/exit. Please cooperate with waste sorting.
- If you spill drinks or otherwise stain the facility, please contact the "Disaster Prevention Center" via the intercom. For minor stains, please help by wiping them with the provided duster.
Regarding Seat Usage
- No smoking.
- Reserving seats by placing personal belongings is prohibited.
- Please refrain from loud "conversations," "meetings," or "phone calls."
- You cannot use multiple seats per person.
- Charging outlets for mobile devices are available at some seats. Please share them with others. Also, leaving your seat while charging your device and using the outlets for purposes other than mobile device charging are prohibited.
- If you use the whiteboard, please return it to its original state.
Other
- This facility is not responsible for any theft, damage, or other incidents involving users' personal belongings.
- Selling goods, soliciting, holding gatherings, or similar activities without our permission are prohibited within this facility.
- Please understand that you may be asked to leave if your behavior is deemed to be a nuisance to other users.
- This facility may be reserved for private use during building-sponsored events, making it unavailable to general users, or different usage rules may apply.
This facility is a shared space provided for employees of Shinjuku Park Tower to use flexibly for work, meetings, or refreshment. We ask for your cooperation to ensure that all users can enjoy the space comfortably.
