Survey Incentives

The first 500 respondents to the survey will receive one of the following 3 types of incentives.

  You will receive an Amazon gift card worth 500 yen.
• Donate to Forest Conservation
  A donation (500 yen) will be made from this portal to the forest conservation activities of the "more trees" forest conservation organization.
• Donate to Local Children's Cafeterias
  A donation (500 yen) will be made from this portal to local children's cafeterias and support activities.

Eligibility Criteria

The following conditions must all be met to be eligible:

• Currently employed by a tenant company located in " Shinjuku Park Tower".
• Registered as a member on the Shinjuku Park Tower ESG portal site and completed the survey by March 28, 2025.
• Among those who completed the survey, the first 500 respondents.

Incentives and Delivery

• Presents are limited to one per person.
• Incentives are scheduled to be sent sequentially to the email address registered in your member information. Please be aware that there may be delays in sending due to our circumstances.
