Shinjuku Park Tower is committed not only to environmentally friendly building practices but also to initiatives that walk hand-in-hand with the local community.
We are pleased to announce the launch of our "Community Contribution Idea Campaign" to build a sustainable society together with the community.

Campaign Overview

Small sparks of inspiration can lead to big connections. Your ideas can enrich the lives of community residents and spread smiles.

In this campaign, we are soliciting ideas from all users of Shinjuku Park Tower on how to improve local living and the environment. We welcome suggestions based on observations from work or daily life, or "it would be great if this existed" perspectives.

For example, please share your free-thinking, community-rooted ideas, such as "measures to ensure everyone can feel safe and secure" or "mechanisms to promote community interaction," precisely because you are regular users of Shinjuku Park Tower. Each individual's perspective will contribute to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and trust in the community. This will be the driving force for Shinjuku Park Tower to develop into an open community.

We will present a ¥1,000 reward to the 10 people who propose particularly excellent ideas.

What is Community Contribution?

Community Contributions Implemented at Shinjuku Park Tower

・Support for Children

　e.g., donations to local children's cafeterias, Nishi-Shinjuku Children's Cafeteria

・Implementation of Dementia Awareness Campaign

e.g., deepening knowledge of dementia as a member of the community through quizzes and promoting support for the community

・Chocolab Sales Event

e.g., hosting a sales event for "Chocolab," Japan's first chocolate workshop in welfare, aiming to help people with disabilities achieve independence through chocolate

Application Period

September 17, 2025 to October 17, 2025

How to Apply

Access the form, propose your community contribution idea, and fill in the required information.

Eligibility

Applicants must meet all of the following conditions:

• Those who responded between September 17, 2025 and October 17, 2025.
• Those who answered all questions.
• Those who are currently working at "Shinjuku Park Tower" or living in the vicinity.
• Those who are registered members of this portal site.

Announcement of Selection Results

Only those who proposed particularly excellent ideas will be notified by email. Email notifications may take approximately 1-2 months.

About Reward Delivery

• The reward will be one of the following: an Amazon gift card (¥1,000), or a donation to a community organization (¥1,000).
  
• If an Amazon gift card is selected, it will be distributed via email.

Important Notes

• Please note in advance that we cannot guarantee the implementation of all proposed ideas.
• You may submit ideas multiple times using the form, but the reward is limited to one per person (¥1,000).
