Waste Reduction	Collection of plastic bottle caps Upcycling in cooperation with tenant companies Used clothing collection box (FASHIONX)	We collect plastic bottle caps and carry out upcycling in cooperation with tenant companies, operating in collaboration with the building, tenant companies and their employees. Water Conservation	Water conservation program	Through the ESG portal site, we provide a water conservation program for everyone working in the building that deepens their understanding of ideas that lead to water saving.	6. Disaster Preparedness	Disaster preparedness campaign	Through the ESG portal site, we raise awareness about the use and locations of disaster-prevention cabinets and AEDs. We provide disaster-preparedness programs (disaster drills, joint fire prevention, disaster management councils, and basic life-saving courses) that deepen understanding of how to respond to and prepare for various disasters.	1.
