Thank you for responding to the 2025 tenant survey.
We have published our responses to the opinions and requests you submitted through the survey. Below are some of the comments we received. We are currently considering improvements for other suggestions as well.

We would like disaster drills to be held twice a year, and disaster prevention seminars to be organized.
We currently conduct disaster drills twice a year. We look forward to your active participation.

We would like more proactive communication regarding the contents and quantities of emergency supplies.
Information on how to use emergency toilets is currently displayed inside the restrooms and elevators. Please take a look.

We would like a service to promote interaction between tenants.
In December 2025, we held a worker interaction event (sake tasting, responsible drinking seminar, and worker social gathering). We hope you will actively participate in various upcoming events to foster opportunities for interaction among workers.

We would like to see more variety in the restaurant area on the first basement floor.
Regarding the stores on the first basement floor, Sharin opened on March 23, 2026. We look forward to your patronage.
