Product Exhibition Overview
Hakodate City, symbolized by the magnificent Hakodateyama Mountain, a scenic spot known as the "million-dollar night view," also boasts exotic townscapes. Furthermore, the surrounding waters, where warm and cold currents meet, form a rich fishing ground, making it a "city of food."
From this Hakodate City, many of its proud products will be brought for a sales event on Wednesday, March 18th, and Thursday, March 19th, on the first basement floor of Shinjuku Park Tower. Please stop by.
Visitor Benefits
The first 50 visitors each day who spend 1,000 yen or more at the venue will receive "Hakodate Kogane" as a gift. (Purchases from multiple stores can be combined)

Background of the Product Exhibition
Hakodate City, located in the southern part of Hokkaido, is full of attractions such as scenic spots, historical charm, hot springs, gourmet food, and nature. While Hakodateyama and Goryokaku may be famous, did you know that the Minamikayabe area is dotted with archaeological sites, and the Hakodate Jomon Culture Center exhibits Hokkaido's first national treasure, the "Hollow Dogu," and many other excavated artifacts, offering the charm of enjoying both a World Heritage Site and a national treasure at once?
This Hakodate Fair project was launched with the cooperation of Hokkaido Electric Power Co., Inc. with the aim of further expanding sales channels for Hakodate City's specialty products and increasing regional recognition.
While seafood, salt ramen, and yakitori bento are also famous in Hakodate City, this time we have prepared a variety of products without sticking to "Hakodate-ness" in order to convey the new charms of Hakodate City. We hope you will take this opportunity to visit the venue and discover the new charms of Hakodate City.

~Daifuku? Sweet potato? Ice cream?~
Kafukudo Kitchen directly purchases vegetables with soil from local farmers and handcrafts additive-free side dishes and dreamy sweets, keeping in mind the health of consumers. At the same time, as a "food rescue team," it aims to save ingredients that have lost their destination and transform them into new "delicious" products.
"Hakodate Yukinko" was born from the desire to carefully select local ingredients that are delicious but often discarded, and to convey the charm of strong and delicious local ingredients.
"Hakodate Yukinko" is a sweet potato daifuku made with rich and smooth sweet potato using "sweet potato" from Assabu Town, Hokkaido, and "milk" produced in Hakodate, topped with moderately sweet "fresh cream", and wrapped in fluffy and chewy "gyuhi". In addition, butter, fresh cream, sugar, and other ingredients are also sourced from Hokkaido to promote local production for local consumption.
A texture that melts like snow, created by the blessings of nature and the hands of craftsmen. To feel happiness from that melting texture, it is recommended to eat it semi-frozen like a chilled ice cream.
