Overview
We will hold a workshop for people of all ages and genders using "Life's Good Karuta" to find the good in negative events that occur in business and daily life.
We are honored to welcome Rio Hoshizuki, a former Takarazuka Revue actress who retired from the company in the autumn of 2021, as our instructor. What is Life's Good Karuta?
Life's Good Karuta is a game where players find the positive aspects of seemingly negative events depicted on cards.
This time, you will experience two versions: "Adult Version" and "Middle-aged Man Version."
The Adult Version includes negative situations encountered in daily life. The Middle-aged Man Version goes further, asking participants to find positive points in situations familiar to office workers.
Overview of Life's Good Karuta
The rules are very simple!
Divide into teams. When a read-aloud card is found, say "Good!" and grab the card.
Others ask, "Why?" and the person who grabbed the card responds with a positive reason, "Because it was ○○!"
It's a unique Karuta game where various answers are derived depending on the person who grabs the card ♪
"It was good to transfer schools" → "Because I made a lot of new friends."
"It was good to be treated coldly" → "Because it made me want to be kind to everyone."
These examples are just a few! The Children's Version, Adult Version, and Middle-aged Man Version each have different cards, and playing with family and friends is sure to lead to many unique answers!
Why not use this Karuta to become more positive in a fun way??
