We are publishing our responses to the opinions and requests we received from you through the survey. The following is a selection of the feedback received. We are currently considering improvements for other comments as well.

Regarding Common Areas

・Please install free Wi-Fi on the 8th floor as well.

Shinjuku Free Wi-Fi is available. Please check the poster in the 8th-floor lounge for details.

・Please add more chairs in the lobby and basement.

We have added 20 chairs to the 1st-floor atrium.

Regarding Events

・Please hold a festival.

We plan to hold a Beer Fest, Ennichi (traditional Japanese festival stalls), and Music Fest on October 28th and 29th, 2025. We sincerely look forward to your participation.

Regarding Restrooms

・The entrance to the 8th-floor restroom is dangerous as people almost collide.

We have installed a collision prevention mirror at the restroom entrance.

・The water pressure in the urinals in the men's restroom is too strong; please adjust it.

Regarding Disaster Preparedness

・Please include sanitary products in emergency supplies.

For emergency supplies, we generally ask tenant companies to prepare their own. The building provides complementary stockpiles. In addition, "disaster prevention cabinets" are installed inside all elevators at Shinjuku Park Tower. Click here for details
