One-point advice from Ms. Hoshizuki
This time, the theme is "Relaxation."
Here are some tips to help you spend each day comfortably.

How are you all doing?
This is Hoshizuki.
The bath is a time for relaxation.
I'm sure many of you just take a shower when you're busy, right?
It's good to soak in the bathtub as much as possible, even for a short time.
Warming your body not only relieves fatigue but also refreshes you by reducing swelling and tension!
The recommended temperature is around 38℃ to 40℃.
Longer is not always better, but it's ideal to soak for about 10 to 15 minutes if possible.
Frequency over duration.
It's important to continue daily and make it a habit.
For bath additives, it's best to use what you find most soothing rather than focusing on the efficacy!
(Personally, I love Epsom salt. It keeps me from getting cold after bathing even in winter.)
Since you'll sweat, remember to hydrate before and after bathing.
Please don't overdo it and prioritize comfort.
