ウェルネスレッスン⑦元タカラジェンヌ星月先生のストレッチレッスン

Your physical condition and the impression you make on others change with daily habits.

This portal site introduces simple stretches that can be done daily in your free time, so please take a look.

Acupressure Points to Clear Your Head

Try pressing your thumb into the hollow of your temple.

Simply pressing slowly can be effective for eye strain, headaches, stress relief, and dizziness.

When stretching, focusing on deep breathing can help relax your entire body and make it more effective.

If you want to feel even more refreshed, try neck stretches too.
