One-point advice from Ms. Hoshizuki

The theme of this session is "Self-Production."

I will share tips on how to present yourself effectively.

It is said that first impressions are formed in the "first 5 seconds."

It's difficult to gauge someone's personality in such a short time, isn't it?

So, what kind of information is conveyed in 5 seconds?

"Impression," "atmosphere," "vibe"...

There are various factors that create these, but "facial expressions" and "posture" seem to have a significant impact.

You often hear the phrase "body sculpting," right?

To achieve an ideal physique, you exercise and train your muscles.

The same applies to your face.

There are over 30 facial muscles, and it is said that in normal daily life, we only use 30-40% of them.

If you don't consciously move them, your muscle strength will decrease, you won't be able to control them freely, and you won't be able to make a natural smile.

Since we started wearing masks during the pandemic, I often hear people say, "I can't smile well."

Many people are too embarrassed to take off their masks in public...

Do you think others will find a facial expression attractive if you don't think it's good yourself?

The answer is no.

Daily effort is the most important thing.

Let's start with what we can do, such as being mindful of smiling every day and chewing our food thoroughly.

Training your facial muscles to build confidence is also a good idea!

・Develop a rich range of expressions

・Maintain a youthful appearance

・Become more positive

These effects can be expected.

Also, a good impression through posture can be created through daily awareness.

A hunched back gives an impression of lacking confidence and negativity, and it can also affect your voice.

Master the correct posture and gain a dignified presence!
